Naked Guys!

Okay, so they weren't totally naked. But they were pretty close. The girls from gymnastics went to see Men of Exotica for Leilah's bachelorett party. It was definitely an interesting experience. :P The dancing was just funny (not sexy at all). Me being the wierdo I am decided it would be a good idea to have pictures. It is also possible I was a bit drunk so I didn't feel as silly taking them. The night was really fun and shocking. I think a great deal of the fun came from how shocking it was, but I don't think it would have quite the shock factor if I did it again. So I don't think I will be going to strip shows anytime in the near future.

I also tried four new drinks last night (only two were mine, I just tasted the other two). They were a long Island ice tea, Tahitian tea, Washington apple, and an amaretto sour. They were all pretty good. Its hard to order stuff when you don't know the names of any drinks. But apparently I'm not the only one who doesn't know the names of a lot of stuff. I asked for what the girl in front of me got (Washington apple) and then the girl behind me also asked what it was and got it.

After the show there was dancing. Which was also really fun. Stacy got the same guy trying to dance with her twice. She danced with him for a little while, then we saved her, and a little later he came back and we had to do it again. Jennifer got a really sweaty guy who just wouldn't go away though. I saved her; then he latched onto me and wouldn't go away. Rachel had to step in.

Fun

So the last couple days have been pretty cool. I went to a bar for the first time. It was okay, but Yann was going to spend the night at my house so I pretty much just wanted to go home. ( He isn't old enough to drink yet :P). Apparently after I left there was much fun to be had by Leilah, Ed, Kelly and Co., but oh well.

Today we went hiking again. We did the whole hike this time. Yay!. We went kind of fast though because Ave had to get back to work on time. It would have been nice to take more breaks and play in the water. Still fun though. After hiking we all went to Thai Recipies which was pretty good. I got something edible this time. I have a hard time with Thai food since I don't like coconut. (Just in case you want to know the hiking crew was Winnie, Ed, Megan, Ave, Jacky and myself; plus Dennis for lunch).

Then Ed, Jacky, Ryan and I went to the rec pool. Which was also fun. I now have swim suit lines. No good. : (

Gym

There are a lot of people coming to the Tuesday and Thursday practices. Not as many people are coming on Saturday. Which is annoying because several people said they would and aren't doing it. Anyway, here is a pic of Keda and Nick doing handstands on the rings. Doesn't that make you want to come join us at practice. : )

Weekend

This weekend was awesome. Yesterday I went to karaoke with some friends from high school. I majorly suck at singing, but its fun to just be loud and not care that I suck.

Today Ed, Ave, Stacy, and I went hiking in Cold Canyon. Ed was trying to take us to some place called North shore but we got lost so we had to head back and hike closer to home. I had to be back in Davis by noon so we couldn't complete the hike (it was supposed to take 3 hours). So we climbed to the top of the ridge and then came back down the way we came. I think I must be pretty out of shape because it was difficult to get to the top of the ridge. Ave on the other hand practically lapped us. -_-; On the way down he would run out of sight and then run back up. How he had that much energy I can't imagine. Possibly I need to do more cardio type activities.
